Have recieved a different order two Saturdays in a row, ordered cinnamon raisin bagel not toasted, gave me toasted plain bagel today. Last week got an everything bagel... Very disappointed with the service. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The positive 4/5 star review reflects the restaurant. Read on for my experience with corporate. I order here every weekend and have never had a problem until last week when there was an issue with my order. I reported the issue on the website contact form and was contacted by both Tim Hortons corporate and the GM of the store. The GM did an excellent job of quickly making things right Food: 4

If I could give 0 stars I would. No help what so ever. I get bagels with cream cheese all the time and normally they are loaded with cream cheese (something that I love! and today there was the smallest little bit. When I went in to ask them to remake the bagels, that also weren’t toasted like I had asked for, they argued that that’s how it’s supposed to be and stared at me with a blank face while I was talking. I had to repeat myself about 5 times before anyone did anything. They then started talking about me right in front of me (in Hindi, which I know a smallest bit of because of my roommate which I didn’t appreciate whatsoever . Horrific customer service. I will not be returning to this Tim’s. It’s unacceptable and unfortunate that this location gives such a bad name to the Tim Hortons franchisse.
