Dunkin' - Buford

Staff is nice and was wearing full PPE today which is amazing! Three stars for that. Would be five, however, they mess up my order a LOT. Just in the past two days they have repeated the same mistake and both times I didn?t have enough time to come back through the line to get my correct order. I get a large french vanilla iced coffee with 4 creams and 4 sugars. They always put 4 flavor shots and regular cream/sugar. They even repeat my exact order back to me, but it isn?t printed or made the way they repeat it, so I?m not sure what?s going on there.

Me and my mother went to Dunkin? Donut has the wrong drink. And my mother went to tell them that she changed her drink there and this girl who had red hair she came and started Yelling with my mother and my mother just wanted to change her drink so

For as busy as they are you?d thing the customer service would be amazing. But NO, they are rude, inconsiderate and your coffee cup is always dirty and overflowing. Such attitudes when you ask them to clean the cup or remake.

The oat milk ice cream coffee is fantastic! This place is really clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly!
