Lake Mohave Resort - Bullhead City

On 11/19/20 we rented a boat. I want to thank the staff at the store. Erik, the cashier went beyond and beyond what I expected. Kaylee was also so sweet, professional and professional. Both employees are an amazing advantage for Katherine's Landing. You can honestly say that these two employees really understand and know how to make the experience more extraordinary.

Had a wonderful time with my family! Boat out, found beautiful beach area. Bbq'ed Hamburger, float in the lake, relax and listen to music.

My kids fishing here. In any case, families with younger children recommend because it is flat enough and the water is calm. I went in the evening, but I'm sure it's just as beautiful during the day, maybe something more crowded. Beautiful landscape

I love the area. The lake and activities are incredible. Amazing landscape and ingenious things to do from jet ski to joy cruise in a boat to hike too much more! That means the people working at the marina could have been a little better. They did not seem so ready to help and were extremely slow when they did. Maybe they only had a bad day, like most of the other reviews I've read, proclaiming exceptional customer service. I'd rather say my experience with the staff was an outlier! However, the overall experience prevailed far beyond these small imperfections; so it is still a near 5-star rating. I'll be back soon. I love this place!

Amazing customer service from the rental desk to the boat crew. Everyone was extremely helpful and we had an amazing time. The patio boats have tons of room, but are extremely slow. 40 HP doesn't move anyone around too fast. I understand why because you have amateur drivers, but they need to be faster. A simple stereo system would be nice too. You won't be disappointed. Have fun!!
