There are so many of these places nowWalk up order your own personal sized pizza and get it anyway you want (subway model) type joint.

I like the concept of build-your-own-pizza, and I think Pieology does a decent job of it.

Like subway, but cooler and with pizza! Any topping or sauce is included in the standard pizza price.

The food at this restaurant is very greasy. You will need about three rolls of paper towels to soak it up.
