Contribuer aux commentairesOur experience was very good. we celebrated birthday and were warmly welcomed. our server was very friendly and attentive and all our selection of foods were delicious! we sat uninterrupted while we visited over 3 hours, there were empty tables or we had not stayed so long.
Our server was excellent! it was so knowledgeable about the menu and did not lead us wrong with their recommendations.
Our server, Tina, was warm, friendly and took great care of us. The service was terrific as it always is. Although the restaurant was busy, we were seated, served and eating within 20 minutes. Lots of check ins, drink refills and delicious food. We will be back to Tin Cup Burlington!
They burned my meal and didn't offer to take it off of the bill. No one checked in on us after receiving the food until everyone was almost finished, so there was no opportunity to communicate about the inedible meal and we could not wait for them to make a new one and eat alone by that time.
Upon arrival greeted by a very pleasant young lady Holly) and service from Teeba a very pleasant experience . Service here always top notch .
