I ate this cow's samosa from Richmond Metzger Shop and was the best and he told me that this place is better. In any case, everything we bought is good. Paneer Pakora was something new to me. You calculate the sauce... but it's worth it. I don't eat much Indian food or Resto, but that must be one of the best. Will be back to try other foods.
You encourage you to order online, but you will be immediately placed on the Skip Dishes website. We want to pick up and not use ski lessons. You really need to think about their disgusting and unfriendly website, especially when there are many other Indian places around.........
I'm going to Baba Sweets almost every time I have to go to Burnaby. Although I usually get only the Thiali plate, I tried other dishes and like all. Their Pakoras and Samosas are also amazing. Besides, the prices are very good... good.
We continue to visit for food. Indian food and sweets are still the best. The crowd is generous. But the main reason for this updated review is the service of the employee which is to be expected. Friendly, polite, efficient and just friendly. This young man does a perfect job to keep customers.
Baba Sweets is very popular amongst Indians and Europeans for Indian foods and sweets, Quality is good but sometimes the food tends to be bland especially sea foods. Samosas are popular and deservedly so as they are large and tasty. Some of vegetable dishes like...Palak Paneer are bland and tasteless. Spicing is poor and also they forget to season foods which makes them tasteless, unfortunately Vancouver area have poor quality Indian foods but Baba is one of the better ones. Overall worth a visit.
