Dunkin' - Burtonsville

This is the only Dunkin in the PG county area worth going too.

Went in today around 11am and the lady behind the register had a very nasty attitude and wasn?t helpful at all. She must be new never seen her before and never want to see her again, Way to start the morning off ! Normally they are very friendly but this new person missed the mark

This location consistently has long lines every morning. About 3 to 4 employees are making orders, and 1 person rings up everyone. I think when the lines are obviously pretty long reaching the door that someone should step in to assist the 1 person that's ringing up customers to move the lines along. I ordered curbside a few weeks ago, and no one ever brought my order to the car....I ended up going inside to get it myself. I really hope this location improves in service.

Donuts ???? always good but some time they don?t have what you want ??

The original cappuccino blast was terrific! Would give that a 5. The turkey, egg and cheese croissant was okay. The sausage flavor was weak and the sandwich was barely warm even though I ate it immediately in the car. It gets a 3.
