We could not finish our pizza so they went to the trouble of wrapping the gluten free one and the regular pizza separately so we could take them with us. Unfortunately, the pizza was not good to eat cold.
Fabbrica Pizza has good flavors and choices but the pizza crust was too thin for my tastes. I had a pizza with no toppings other than sauce and cheese and the pizza was almost falling apart, although it tasted good. This restaurant has a lot of organic, vegan and vegetarian options as well as locally made products. I don't think I would go back to this restaurant, but only because I prefer a thicker pizza crust.
Good products and efficient service. I would suggest more attention in the oo of the mask by those who are responsible for preparing the dishes. this chain stands out for the lightness and quality of pizza even if it seems more a crispy piadina and not distinguishable from what they call focaccia. remains a good place to eat.
Great pizza, recommended! I will return friendly staff!
Very thin, very good and digestible pizza, I would recommend to make them a little more as they did years ago
