The order took a bit to receive so I figured it was fresh. Unfortunately it was not. The muffins were extremely hard. The cheese wasn't melted. The burritos were hard at the opening. The hash brown tasted like oil. No more McDonald's for me, thanks.
Food was terrible. Service was fair. Food all over the seats and floor. Definitely needs attention.
I want to give them no stars, I asked for MCChicken and there was no chicken in it This is Totally Unprofessional.
Kind of just like any other McDonald’s, expedient food at the cost of service and quality. Can’t say much other than they are seeming to uphold the standard. Mind you with the inflation McDonald’s is just as expensive as Wendy’s nowadays, if not more.
I am normally not much of a fan of McDonald's, but this location is usually really good, which is why I go out of my way to go to it. The most recent experience completely ruined that because there was an issue with the app, so the payment method did not work properly and nobody would help. When the manager was asked for help, they did not even leave their office. On top of that, this was the worst McDonald's food I have ever had. Every single thing had to have been sitting for at least two hours. It was absolutely pathetic, maybe even worse than the service. Lastly, it is incredibly overpriced, especially with this quality. We could have gone to a sit-down restaurant, fed our family of three and also had my wife and I get a couple of adult beverages and barely spent more after tipping thirty percent. We just expect quickness from McDonald's, but with all the issues that even went away.
