Captain's Table - Buxton

Better seafood than most places. I try to come as often as possible.

8/26/2015 ordered filled flounder, south green beans, baked kartoffel at least the kartoffel was edible. flounder overcooked, crumbled was mostly filler, also overcooked. green beans from a southern canon house, I guess well overcooked.

I have huts to rent in buxton ànd I tell my people whether they want the freshest seafood in the city to go where the locals go. Captain's tàble. they come back very impressed with their experience. they go back several times before they leave. judy

Wonderful eating reminded me of 60s on the beach, which is a good thing. 3 meals in a week.

We are so glad to have found this place. Good food service hours and decorum. During our week in June we ate dinner twice at Ct. Prices were good and good amounts of food. The place is the only restaurant on obx in the last few years that reminds me of old callabash nc. A family can afford to dine here. If you want damn good food eat at Ct. When we go back or move to Hatteras captains table will be a weekly stop. If I had to find fault.... charging extra for hushpuppies for large groups. One apiece doesn't get it.
