We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance; it’s situated within the Reef Casino complex but tucked away on a quiet street. To our delight, we found several vegan options on the menu, and the staff was very knowledgeable about vegan cuisine. We ordered the laksa, fried rice, and wasabi bases. Our total bill, which included two alcoholic drinks, came to under $55, which we felt was a great value. Both dishes were delicious and generous in portion size, making it a lovely spot to enjoy a meal.
The food is very delicious, the portions are generous, and the prices are excellent. There are several options available, including desserts.
We ordered a few dishes to enjoy while watching the sunset. The gado gado was the standout, bursting with flavor. The vegan laksa mostly consisted of noodles and coconut milk, but it could have used some chili oil for an extra kick. The root vegetable fries didn't quite work in their current form. The Japanese curry was decent, but nothing special.
