The waitress was very helpful since it was my first time trying hot pot. I ordered the spicy "strong" soup base with beef and udon noodles. The soup was definitely spicy and I thoroughly enjoyed it, although I would caution those who prefer milder flavors to avoid the "strong" spice level. The beef was of good quality and cooked perfectly. Overall, I had a great time with my first hot pot experience. The service was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the portion size was generous for the price.
I'm not a fan of having spam as an ingredient, but they were willing to substitute it for more cabbage, which I loved. The dining experience was hands-off, allowing you to cook at your own pace while enjoying drinks as needed. I have never left feeling hungry. Update: This is now my favorite restaurant, as they offer free substitutions for ingredients you may not like. Overall, I highly recommend returning to this place.
Came here for the first time a few weeks ago. I got the sukiyaki, and it was really good. My gf tried the spicy one and it was really oily, pretty much non edible. It's a good price as the 2 of us with drink came out to ~40-45.
At first, I was a bit disappointed that they're hot pot wasn't all you can eat. I ordered a large spicy soup broth with lamb and beef. It was delicious!! They come in big portions with variety of veggies, fish cakes and fish. I couldn't even finish mine. We even stayed there for dessert for fresh mango shaved ice. It was pretty good! Staff was extremely friendly. I'll definitely be going back!
It was our first time in this restaurant. We went for the lunch special Hot Pot. We tried the chicken and the pork soup base. The lunch special is a great value, as you can choose a free drink with the meal (incl. smoothies) and a bowl of rice. The food tasted fresh and it was filling, including the raw meat that you cook yourself at the table and the veggies that are in the broth. There was also a piece of lunch meat and a cocktail sausage in the soup but I did not mind. The server was extremely helpful, patient in explaining everything and she was very courteous. I recommend this place for anyone looking for good hot pot.
