Chick-fil-a - Calhoun

Chick-fil-A always has great food, but yesterday our order was messed up even though it was repeated back to us. They did fix it quickly when we brought it to their attention.

Made a drive thru order 3ct stripe large sweet tea. Get to window pay. She hands me food and regular sweet tea. I advised I ordered a large and she told me charged regular. I advised I would pay difference. She charged me for a large and never gave me credit for the medium. Many times this drive thru messes up.

Parking needs to be worked on badly, this is one of the worst parking I have seen at a Chick-fil-A ever. Other than that food was good did not have to wait long.

Good as always. Had the grilled chicken club. Great, friendly, fast service in their dining room.

This location lives out the SERVE model. The food is always hot and the order is always correct. They retain a good deal of employees for years because the management is comprised of great people. If you are local or driving through you will never be disappointed in the food or the service.
