Jack In The Box - Calimesa

The guy who works at the drive thru at night sounds miserable all the time no matter what. There is no Welcome to Jack in the Box, how can I help you or some customer service friendly intro it 's always what can I get you . Im not asking for over the top service or anything but atleast be friendly. Once we get past that, any variance of the standard meal you want ordered will be wrong in some way. It could be a simple request of not adding lettuce to thier tacos and they will still come out with lettuce. This place always gets our order wrong and has rude service. I will not recommend anything because it 's going to be wrong, have a long wait time, and deal with thier rude employees.

This Jack in the Box closes too early. Its located next to the freeway and across from a truck stop yet was closed at 6pm on a Friday night. Its gets a rating of 1 beacuse I could not get any food, therefore there is nothing to rate.

IT SAYS OPEN 24 HOURS! EVERYTIME I GO TO MORONGO CASINO I STOP BY THIS JACK USUALLY AROUND 2-3 AM AND THEY ALWAYS SAY THEY OPEN AT 3:45 OR THEIR SYSTEM IS DOWN!! MANAGEMENT NEED TO PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO NIGHT CREW!!!

Found hair in my food today so did my son ! Pretty gross….lost my appetite.Management should make sure people are wearing hair nets men should not have long beards . The hair in my food looked like beard hair….my son found long blonde hair in his ! Gag.

This place is always terrible with food and service. I’m guessing they have bad management. I know to drive a little further to the 7th street location but catch myself stop because of the convenience of being closer too the house. It’s like they have the food just sitting there for hours. Never again.
