Sharks Fish And Chicken - Calumet City

I've ordered the wing special, catfish, and Italian beef for delivery on separate occasions, and all of them were excellent choices. They don't skimp on portion sizes, even with the fries. Everything tasted great, which can be hit or miss with delivery from some restaurants. This Sharks location at State and Douglas truly offers fantastic food; they also pay attention to special instructions when you order delivery. I think I've found my new favorite spot! I was really impressed with the Italian beef—it was the closest I've tasted to the ones you find in the city, and it was absolutely delicious. The portion was just right and reasonably priced, too. As for dietary restrictions, I'm not certain, but I found their food to be well-balanced, not overly salty or heavy, which left me feeling satisfied rather than weighed down after the meal.

The highlight of this restaurant is the young lady at the front; she has a wonderful personality. I don't usually leave reviews, but I have to mention that the food—specifically the catfish nuggets—was quite disappointing. They were hard, crunchy, and seemed old, making the meal feel like a waste of money. Overall, I'd rate the food a 1 out of 5.
