Tristan Bistrot - Calvià

My man and I chose the set lunch, which is available 6 days per week (I don't think about Tuesdays) there was no choice as long as they like what is on the offer the worth and the quality of the meal is excellent. on day...that we were there was the appetizer chicken liver parfait, followed by ankle of calfs this is a very stylish restaurant that costs much more when it is a la carte. our most expensive product was a bottle of rose at 30 euro and my man also had a few beers. the service was very slept and we were not rushed in any wise; simply treated with friendly treatment. the fresh brot at the beginning was delicious and tastefully presented, and each cure was of great quality. we can make a decent chicken liver pate/pearfait, but nothing like the quality that reaches the chefs in tristan. the kalbsal was tender and the accompanying was a perfect compliment. our dessert was light and tasty. every cure was generous in size and represented at under 30 euro only about the best price meal we have in years. tristan bistrot is connected to tristan mar, but I think that lunch was only available in bistrot. next time we are in portals nous, we would definitely see the menu again! our bill with luck was 115 euro and every penny worth.
