Cargo - Camperdown

I ordered the lunch lachs poke for myself. Unfortunately, it was missing some ingredients, so I had to send it back. Despite there being around a dozen people in the restaurant on a Monday afternoon, the service was extremely lacking. They advertised happy hour specials outside, but we were unable to take advantage of them when ordering online. Even though it was quiet and we were seated close to the bar, we still had to go online to pay for our drinks and wait for them to be brought to our table. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience and would likely choose a different restaurant next time.

We dined at Cargo Bar and had made a reservation for six in a plastic igloo. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and escorted to our igloo. The finger food was delicious, the drinks kept flowing, and our hostess ensured we had a fantastic evening. I highly recommend booking an igloo at Cargo Bar for a memorable night out.

I enjoyed a drink with a stunning view at this restaurant. Though I was disappointed that they did not offer a happy hour or cocktails on a Saturday afternoon, the atmosphere was still pleasant.

Service a little slow, but unlike that is still excellent value for money. the same cannot be said for the $10 scooner of the beer, but the main meal was good.

Book ahead for an Igloo experience, wish we had! Great pizza and a drink soaking up the view and atmosphere of Darling Harbour
