This is usually a favourite for the family, but sadly my resent visit was dissapointing. Kids area should be cleaned more regular. Clear it was not cleaned for some time. The waiter was realy moody and non responsive to engagement. Had broken glass and food under the table where my kids were barefoot. The waiter was made aware but not no response other than a glance. Pros: Kid/family friendly Cons: Expensive. Play equipment is absolutely filthy and falling apart. Menu lacks options for more restrictive diets, and staff aren't knowledgeable about offering alternatives. Manager struts around with a useless mouth shield.
