Dairy Queen - Canyon Lake

The service at this restaurant was seriously awful. I can't help but think they need more staff and better trained employees. We waited in line for over 30 minutes. When our order was read back to us at the window, there were mistakes that we had to correct. We had to ask for drinks and straws, and then we had to wait for a staff member to finish a personal call before they started making our order. After waiting another 30 minutes to reach the window, we then had to wait an additional 10 minutes for the wrong order. By that point, we were so fed up that we just accepted it as it was.

I think and hope that it is because they are short handmade, but I order 2 bacon ranch burger and it had no cheese or the actual sauce it should have. the man who gave us our food was nice. I would have gone back, but I didn't want to wait again through another long line.

Great as always. I've been informed I now have a signature milkshake there now. I want tell you what it is, because I've made it my own. Frankly I always have a good time when I visit the place, and often I do.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever experienced in a fast food restaurant we waited about 35 minutes for food for the gravy to come out like water and the steak fingers to taste like they were four or five months old this is completely unacceptable if you're going to run a restaurant run it right maybe get some people in there that actually know what they're doing I would not recommend going there at all they have just gotten worse and worse and to top it off I found a piece of hair in my food and apparently their phones aren't working so I can't call and complain so I am completely done going to that Dairy Queen I would not recommend anybody else to go there I am pregnant and I ate my food and instantly got sick I got about three steak fingers into my food and got sick.
