The food was not our favorite. We had the chicken fried steak when we ordered takeout and it was decent. During our dine in experience we ordered the shrimp lagniappe and the carne asada with cheddar enchiladas. The flavor combinations were odd. Both dishes were very salty and the lime in the shrimp dish overpowered it. The rice was different and not a flavor that I enjoyed. The entrees left us very confused on what they are trying to do. However, we did enjoy a glass of sangria and a beer and also enjoyed the pistolette. We would return again for drinks and a pistolette.
Robert’s by the Lake is always a “go to” when we have guests. Everything on the menu has been awesome . Great place…awesome food!!
Incredibly impressed by this restaurant! We pulled into the empty parking lot and nearly left, but so glad we didn’t!The food was amazing- excellent flavors, great presentation and every dish was unique. The staff was also incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Dana took very good care of us and gave the perfect recommendations.
Had cilantro lime chicken and a chicken tortilla soup, everything was on point. We will definitely come back whenever we are on this area.
The food was good but could use a little more seasoning. Nice atmosphere. Our server was friendly and professional. Nice vibe.Wheelchair accessibility: Right in front.
