Duval Street - Cape Coral

Not waiting enough. our server was great, but it was too thin. lobster and crooked poor boy was terrible. the drinks were watered. I'm so loud that we couldn't talk.

All reservations have been canceled no notification not even try to put us just a “Sorry”

Although I feel about the harm caused by the hurrikan ian, it is impossible to overlook the negative experience we had in the duval street. the drinks were served in flimsy plastic cups; we were offered plastic utensils because they were apparently from regular utensils; most of our food selection were not available, so a person in our party actually ordered grilled cheese. Surprisingly, there were exposed wires hanging on the deck, which would be a health code problem. I probably dive 2-3 times a week for the last 20 years, and I must say that this was the most disappointing experience I can ever remember.

The half of our escape came out and the other half came out after 20 minutes later. when we asked that there was only one cook and he did his best.

Unfortunately, it was block party night which they only offered an abbreviated menu. We order hot dogs, chicken tenders and shrimp basket. Everything came out cold. Fries were not done. Flimsy and cold and the shrimp was crispy on outside but cold in the middle. For a upper scale dining spot, it was a real disappointment. The only up side was our waitress Tianna.
