I was near here. Don't start lying on me and say I ate from here.
This is not Wikson's Soul Food it is In A Minute Cafe and the food was stupendous. Love love love it. I will be back again.
Came in on the whim and was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere. I appreciated the hospitality and conversation of Chef Wilson and Eddie. I am not one to jump out there to try something new unless I have a recommendation. They were gracious enough to let me sample the chicken wings and yams and they were delicious. I will definitely return.
I was truly disappointed in this place. I was looking for an alternative to Keith Sons and Levi's mediocre food when I noticed this new place close to my home. Sadly, it was much worse than the previous listed restaurants. We ordered the smothered pork chops, mac and cheese, greens and potato salad. The pork chops were thin and over cooked, but the brown gravy was decent; the mac and cheese doesn't appear to be baked mac and cheese and is instead pasty with what tastes like tons of off-brand cheese product and heavy garlic/onion powder; the greens were unseasoned; and the worst part--the potato salad was rancid. I think we all know the flavor that mayo-based salads get when it's been sitting too long. In all, it tastes like what a hospital would serve on Thanksgivng. Please save your money.
