Dunkin' - Carbondale

This place was amazing. My whole class went there after a field trip and they tended us very well and the wood was great. I was glad to see how good they got us our food.

I was with this Dunkin several times and always had a positive experience. The staff was always super friendly and the donuts/drinks were always really good! If you use their app, they have a reward program to get a free drink (each size of any kind) after so many mobile orders. The app also gives you a free drink for your birthday! My only complaint is that the things in this place are often sold out. For the last month or so, they were from the salted caramel taste. Even when I left last week, they were from the hazelnut taste. So be ready to have a return order!

The service is friendly, although something I noticed here is a discrepancy between the product name in front of the house and the driving staff. When I first went here, I ordered a chocolate glazed donut and drive thru insisted on what I did was a "chocolate cake donut". I've never called a chocolate glazed donut that ever, but thought it could be a DD brand thing. No. In the store, over there, chocolate glazed, right on the wall. There was a few months time between driving through thru and actually going to the store, so I thought whatever. Ordered today, chocolate glazed. I have a chocolate-frosted donut. Pretty confusing and sucks because I had no time to go through the drive or go to the store. Although I do not doubt that the staff would have repaired the order, most of them are quite cold.

OMROCK Snaged the Rock, Bent my rim 200, and puncherd my tire 120. Took a chunk out of my running board ?. Needed a tow 50. Then I enjoyed my delicious and coffee, and I felt better about the landscaping attack.

Have you tried the sweet spider donut from Dunkin? We did and the children loved her so sweet!
