We decided to try Mark 's Bar and Grill based on a profile by Chef Jan Benton in the Vallarta Lifestyle magazine. The restaurant is located in the picturesque village of Bucerías just a twenty-minute drive north of Paradise Village in Nuevo Vallarta. After walking on the nearby beach, we arrived in the restaurant hot and lovely. We sat quickly near a fan that delivered a breeze and offered us cold cloths. After a cool drink, we ordered the tuna tartar starter, which was a refreshing mix of cubed fresh tuna, seasoned with Zilantro, sesame oil, and only a hint of Jalapeño. After a delicious beet and apple salad accented by Dollop by Marscapone, I enjoyed my duck of almonds bounced red snapper with wild spinach; my husband had the fillet mignon with scaled potatoes, which were delicately flavored with thyme. Both entrees were incomparable! We have aromatized with cappuccinos and a cream crule with nutmeg. During our meal, our waitress, Hugo and his assistant were friendly and attentive, deftly patched every course to offer a cozy enjoyment of incredible food. If you are looking for an amazing culinary experience in a casual environment, I recommend you try Mark 's Bar and Grill. You will not be disappointed!

We sang Mark's for my wife's birthday. The staff treated us like a royal and made the evening so special for them. Ruthie has accommodated several allergies and the servers and chefs very friendly for all their needs. We both ordered the Filet Mignon. They were made perfect. The ambience was beautiful. We sat in the outer part of the restaurant in the warm winter air and were sung by Mariachi singers. We'll be back.
