Canton Pizza - Cardiff

My sister's partner ordered a large order from Canton Pizza, but waited a long time for it to arrive. When we contacted the restaurant, they claimed that the delivery woman had attempted to deliver but we had not answered the door, which was not true. We have a doorbell and were expecting the delivery, but they never showed up. The person on the phone was rude and unhelpful, and my sister and her partner were eventually forced to go home without their food. when the delivery driver did show up, they were argumentative and unprofessional. We explained that we no longer wanted the food due to the delay and the driver became confrontational, eventually telling us never to order from them again. We have yet to receive a refund for the food we never received, as the restaurant falsely claimed they had delivered it. Overall, a truly terrible experience and we will never be ordering from them again.

The pictures depict "fries with gravy" and a "chicken kebab". I can't understand why they would serve gravy-covered fries that look like that! Terrible.

Beautiful pizza, great chips, they put loads of cheese and sauce on our chips (which we love) and very friendly staff. will definitely be back for our next take.

Great food, quick service even during a pandemic. Highly recommend to all our friends and family. Unfortunately, they are currently closed but will be reopening soon.
