Panera Bread - Carmel

First delivery of panera. it's also my last. I ordered my meal at 4 o'clock and a delivery time of 5:30 5:45. 25 I came to the house, and my meal was here, and it was cold. I checked my panera app. it was delivered at 5:07! 23 minutes before I came home and I was not informed that the meal was delivered. If I hadn't come back in the back door, I wouldn't even know it was there.

Consistent dirty/sticky beverage areas. I am a sip club member and stopped on the other morning and the whole coffee was out of decaf. drinking was often not selected in the size and they do not even recognize me when I load in the (what I would say is on place for all Panera’s that I would have been). I put my drinks order online and self-service when I go because no one ever bothers with me. I'm pretty sure you can go in, drink and go without being a sip club member and they wouldn't have a clue.

Worse location per coffee always out of rude and inexperienced service getting dirty several times hit wrong orders. I love panera but do not go to this place.

I order a highly adapted lunch from this panera once or twice a week, and they have always got my order perfectly! but they have to stop to notify the customer that an order is ready to pick up when it is still tested quality. in the rule they take additional 3-5 minutes after they have already announced that their foods are ready.

Ordered two items. Both were made incorrectly. Kitchen area and floors are obviously being neglected and not cleaned. Time for management changes or closing of the restaurant before someone gets sick.
