Dunkin' - Carol Stream

Latte with no foam? Something is not right, I think they just gave us someone else?s coffee they didn?t like.

Everybody that works here is just amazing! They are so friendly and I always trust them to get everything right. We all know that most chains' quality varies A LOT based on who works there and these guys are all simply the best. Dunkin is so lucky tohave them!

Stopped in this morning like I do six times a week to get my regular extra large 3 sugar and 8 cream 2 donuts and two chocolate milk. No chocolate milk today no big deal) I got to work and discovered my coffee was 1 Carmel swirl and 2 sugar. ???? Iwent back this afternoon I really need my Dunkin). I let my clerk know about the mistake and was told that will be $6.42.Again got back to work to discover that there was barely any cream at all. I am not sure how many Dunkin I pass each morningbetween villa park and Carol stream but I sure will find another.

Went in the other day and was able to find no donut out of stock thank God! Family loves Boston Creme donuts, however sz has gotten smaller and prices are going up- which is why less one star

This Dunkin runs out of donuts faster than any other location. It?s super frustrating when you try to order numerous different flavors and they are always out. Why even bother selling the donuts?
