Domino's Pizza - Carrollton

My experience started on a rough note when my order was completely missed. However, when I brought it to their attention, they apologized and made things right! Thank you for excellent customer service!

I waited two hours for my delivery. The app says it was delivered, but I never received it. No one answers the phone there. When they finally did pick up, I was put on hold for 20 minutes before they hung up on me. Now they’re screening calls and won’t answer. This place is awful. Annie's is the worst!

This place has really gone downhill. I've had issues with my last two or three orders, with the most recent one being, "our tracker isn't working." What does that even mean? My pizza arrived two hours late, and it took me about five attempts just to get someone on the phone. I won't be ordering from here again. The staff was rude and unprofessional.

Warning Warning Warning Warning Do not order from this location! Customer service is very important if a million dollars franchise. Most important when phone calls are all employees who work and represent the company band should give a name of them self as well as in pickup are via the phone! When I called for my order, the employee was very disastrous when he asked his name and hung on my face! It was said that they don't give names in this place where I was from the employee and manager when I called this place... I called three times and I know all the calls are recorded. This place is very unprofessional and needs better guidance! I decided to cancel my order, the profit damages the business! Because I was afraid they could spit on my order, like chicken fli a! Corporate needs to investigate this location because the reviews are bad. The manager refuses to give her name! You lead your house where u live a certain way, but if you run a business, it is different! It's about respect!

Look at these perfect pizzas. I’ve been using this Domino’s location for over five years now. I’ve tried the Marcos and other chains and they don’t compare to just regular Domino’s. They are always reliable with delivery and always friendly. I use their app. This is our go to pizza place.Update: another Wednesday another Pizza night with my 6year old as is our tradition. This week I’m trying the Buffalo pizza. I’ll let you know how it is.
