The cashier Kierstan was very professional and accurate with her information about the menu.

Delicious food, professional staff and good service. The bathroom was clean and the booths were also clean. Great location!

The burger was really good, it wasn't smashed thin enough though and didn't have the crispy edges associated with a smashburger which was what I was craving. They seemed to be short staffed so the food took quite a while. There were only two people working the front and they were grinding, I honestly felt bad for them. A rush of people came all at once. The poor waitress was running orders and preparing milkshakes and had to go in and out of the kitchen, then there was a delivery pick up that nobody told her about, and the people kept coming and asking where their order was like couldn't see these people busting their butts trying to get all these orders out. The cashier had to go into the kitchen and help cook, then come out and serve the food too. Eventually they got everything done, so all's well that ends well. We got our food and enjoyed our meal.The bathroom is one at a time and really drab compared to the newness of the restaurant. It was a little weird, like they chose not to renovate it. They need someone there to clean while everyone is cooking. There was a spill under the table and food on the seats and floor near where we sat.Tldr: Food is good, but not a real smashburger. They need more staff.Kid-friendliness: They have kids meals, no toy.

Ordered the Double Truffle Mushroom and Swiss burger with blue cheese crumbles, a large fries, and Reese’s peanut butter shake from the UberEATS app for delivery around 1:30 P.M on a weekend. I’ve had Smashburger dine-in before at this location as well as a couple others and just was reminded unfortunately why this chain/ franchise is not really one I like. The patties are too oily for my taste and formulation of the ingredient ratio is too little. In the past, the mushroom burger felt like it was more tart and had more of a tanginess to it. Not the fault of the service, which did amazing in packing my food, adding napkins, and adding sauce for the fries even though I never mentioned it in my order. The shake was nice but I could still taste unblended bits of the powder in my drink. Was an okay experience given it was delivered, but just solidified that Smashburger isn’t really a place for me.Parking: Plenty of free parking next to the Smashburger and Chipotle.

Everytime I go there my experience is awesome. The food the drinks the employees all rock. Can't get enough had to get the smashburger rewards app.
