Contribuer aux commentairesThe worst Chick fil A location ever! Does not deserve 1 star. The staff is extremely rude and always arguing about giving sauces. My order has sauces missing each single time and that’s not an exaggeration) with sandwiches and hash browns. As told to me by the staff, even if you request sauce on the app which it allows they cannot give sauces based on what is requested while ordering. Their chicken biscuit is soggy most times and not eatable and the orders are messed up most times either missing egg or cheese).I have tried to speak with the management, sent multiple emails, called them to address but it seems the management does not really care. I also requested to speak with the manager at the location but they said no, we will let them know on top of that, the location has the audacity to say why don’t you check your order before leaving. They expect this at a drive thru. How about they have better service on their side.I am done with this location and it takes a lot for me to write negative reviews, that’s how bad they areTHIS LOCATION IS A BIG SHAME TO Chick Fil A BRAND.Because all other locations I have been to, the staff are polite and the food is warm delicious.
WORST experience ever. I placed an mobile order for breakfast and when I showed up to pick it up I was told they did not have the order. I let them know that I had a mobile order and the staff did absolutely NOTHING to trouble shoot this issue. I will NEVER come back to this Chick-fil-A. Save your time and go somewhere else with much better service than this place
This has got to be the SLOWEST CFA of all time. I was 3 cars back from the speaker, and it took 10 minutes just to get to the speaker. Since then, it has been another 10 minutes of sitting and waiting, and I’m still 7 cars from the window ? Not to mention they were out of the vanilla syrup for vanilla iced coffee. Fine, I’ll just use vanilla creamer. OH WAIT THEY’RE OUT OF THAT, TOO. ???
I keep going to right a review every time I stop at this location, then I think twice and try to give the benefit of a doubt. But y’all, this was the 5th or 6th time (in a row) that I have come here, and it has taken no less than 15-20 minutes to get through the drive through with a mobile order, and it’s not because of long lines. Hands down the slowest chikfila (at least they’re consistent) I have ever been to.
Need a better mobile order pick up process. What’s the point ordering ahead when you wait a long time behind everyone else in line just to say “i’m here”? Thanks for the cold breakfast sandwich. Missing the mark is normal operations of this location.
