Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Cary

This is supposed to be the Cajun salad. Other than the rice(I removed) what's missing? Lettuce, cheese and tomato. I pay $11 for a salad I expect T.S quality. I order the same thing yesterday and got someone else's food. It wasn't doordash. The person who bagged put the wrong salad in the bag. It's the location.

Poor management went there today and the place was a mess. The garbage was overflowing, there was garbage on the floor and there were a lot of tables not cleaned off. 5 minutes after I ordered I was told they were out of an ingredient and I had to choose something else.

UPDATE in response to owner: This is not about wait time, there were no other customers and nothing was being prepared by the two employees behind the counter. Once the employee told us they were no longer making anything, I asked to verify the closing time and according to the employee, the cafe was still open for another 42 minutes. Telling us they would not serve us had nothing to do with fresh fruits and veggies. If your policy is to no longer serve any customers 42 minutes before the end of business hours, why stay open? Every time I order here, my order is wrong or bad. I have used their free delivery promo for orders over $12 and never even get my smoothie or extra sauce for which I paid. So I had a cold soggy quesadilla without ranch to eat it, and no smoothie. then the customer service said there is nothing they can do because the delivery is through a third, so there is no possibility that they could deliver my smoothie and my side. I tried to call 7 times and nobody picked up! the workers here are lazy and unprofessional. instead find a smoothie king near you.

Ordered online. The food was ready on time. Had to search the counter to find my order- all of my smoothies were in different places (mixed with other people's orders) and not packed together (I ordered 3 and expected them to be in a carrier). Sandwiches were together in the same bag. Didn't realize until I got home that we didn't get the four edible straws I paid for. I'll give this location another shot next time I'm in the area.
