Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Caseyville

Every time I come, they never serve things from their grill. Why is it called Dairy Queen Grill and Chill if you can all find out how to use the grill?

Hands down the worst Dairy Queen I've been there before. And that's not the first time they gave us soup instead of ice cream.

I love their blizzards. Curb appeal Could use some improvement The parking lot and needs Serious work, if you order ahead online with the app, you still have to wait in the drive thru.

I just stop by here to get snacks every now and then but. They are very low staff so expect to wait longer than average waot time for fast food. And they usually have a long line because most DQs have shut down in the Metro area.
