Chipotle Mexican Grill - Casselberry

Steak bowl came with more lettuce than literally anything. I didnt ask for more lettuce, waste of $16

Please make sure to check that all orders are correct before sealing them for drivers to pick up. Please also make sure to add a vinaigrette to all salad orders. This is the second time items were missing from my order.

This chipotle is terrible and it must do everything with the administration. it is obvious management does not care about any kind of customer service. there are 0 hectic or care, which is displayed by the workers or inspecting persons. several employees speak to each other about what they do not, instead of helping the massive lines that form. instead of having more tears or paprika or salsa as groups of people coming into the door, everyone is expected that not a worker can be harassed to cook something after 9 o’clock (an hour before closing.) instead clean 3 workers the fridge and the chairs are already an obvious possibility to show all “we don’t care what they want, we are just trying to get out it is clear management thinks that this chipotle will make enough money without taking care of the quality of the product and the sad thing is that it is probably true. the people will return because chipotle is alive and each time deal with the same problems: no eating, no hectic, no care. ps- don't think they are about this terrible service by online ordering. they will wait almost an hour without anyone talking to them or their order. TL;DR- terrible chipotle. a few portions. a very good service.

My wife came here tonight and got the worst service she's had since coming here. She was told that they had to make rice and it would take a couple of minutes. 20 minutes later she's still standing there waiting and the rice is just sitting over at the prep station while nobody is grabbing it to serve her. This used to be a good Chipotle to come to but its really gone down. Their always out of something and take for ever to serve. And it's not like their short staffed cause there's a bunch of workers. Their just standing around not wanting to work....

On this day chipotle was incredible. Hear me out. This is 5 starts from me waiting for white rice to be cooked that took an extra 10-15mins. Something told me to wait. Good thing I did. The rice was super fresh and everything else. They say good things come to for those who wait. It was on point!
