Streetlights - Castle Douglas

Probably the best place to eat in castle douglas, for a great selection of food and coffee. and at 14.00 a.m. on Monday it was the only place open! not the place to be when they take the malls on the afternoon or they take a late lunch. the food was delicious and well presented. big bonus they allowed us to eat with our 2 jumper jumpers.

Good menu of simple foods: sandwiches, burgers, wraps, ciabattas, salads, fish cakes, soups, served with attractive sides, using fresh ingredients. Good coffee, and lots of scrumptious baked goods and Cream of Galloway ice cream. Friendly, fast service and reasonable prices.

A brilliant little coffee shop in the middle of Castle Douglas. Staff are friendly and welcoming with dogs allowed. gave our two dogs a treat after taking our orders. Reasonably priced and quick service. Would recommend

What a great find. Lucky to get a table here on this damp Wednesday morning. Wonderful menu with a wide range of tasty treats and an original and interesting selection of sandwiches and platters. Friendly efficient service. Perfect coffee. Only regret, too early for lunch. We will return!
