Domino's Pizza - Castle Hayne

This is the second time they've messed up my order. The first time, my pizza was drenched in sauce, and the employee tried to claim that’s how it comes, as if I wouldn’t notice. They didn’t admit their mistake and I had to ask them to remake my pizza. This time, as you can see in the pictures, it speaks for itself. I ordered a large Brooklyn-style pizza, half with extra beef and half with extra steak, but when I got it, one half was just extra beef and cheese—the steak was completely left off the other half. I understand that mistakes happen, but when she offered to remake it, all she did was put extra steak on the side of the missing portion and handed it back to me. I will never order from this place again.

I just picked up my pizzas, and they definitely weren't extra cheese as I had requested. The manager was rude and argumentative about the issue. There was hardly any regular cheese on the pizzas either. I won't be returning to this store again.

The absolute worst, rude service I?ve ever had. At least 5 times, it has been over an hour in addition to the time. Managers are rude, she said ?I?m busy? I don?t care, if you can?t deliver then turn off the service! My pizza sat cold for an hour and a halfafter they said it was out for delivery. Do your job so sorry you have to work. At least the 10th time I?ve had issues with thisplace. Unacceptable

Used to always get good pizza for this location but last couple months has not been great. Especially today! Spend $50 on pizza and ask for ?light? sauce on the pizzas and get two pizzas barley eatable because there?s SOOO MUCH SAUCE ON THEM. Not tomention pizzas are soggy from so much sauce and it?s really annoying can?t blame my kids for not wanting to eat it. But yet thewings and cinnamon twists are BARELY drizzled with sauce I just can?t anymore.

Mediocre at best. With so many excellent pizza options in town, there's no reason to settle for Domino's. Our three-topping pizza had barely any toppings on half of it. As for the wings, they're not worth the hassle; they're small and lack flavor.
