Probably the best steak I had in Sicily. Most places cook medium or more, even if asked medium rack. Sizzling outside and cool center on this very delicate, rare steak.

My coworkers and I finally got together for a dinner at Roadhouse; it was on our to do list. I must say it was pretty good, especially for Italy. The food was well prepared with prompt service. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us. I especially enjoyed my full rack of BBQ ribs. The meat was tender and fell off the bone! My coworkers enjoyed the mix meat platter which gave them of variety of sausage, chicken, beef, and pork. For me, the sea salt french fries were an added bonus.. very delicious!! Keep up the good work.. we will definitely be back!
