Her conversation was loud, and the phone was on speakerphone. We could not converse amongst ourselves. When we asked the manager on duty to confront the diner and seek a solution, she even had to ask us to repeat ourselves because she herself could not hear due to the loud phone conversation. The Manager responded that the restaurant has no policy regarding cellphones and would not say anything to the diner on the phone. She then offered to provide us boxes to pack up our lunches. Net, the rude behavior continued. In summary, an awful experience.
Great seafood menu...not particularly handy for those with mobility issues.
I was in Baltimore for the weekend, leaving on Monday evening to return to Orlando. We wanted to meet up with family for lunch. I googled what was near us, and this place popped up being 20 minutes from the Embassy suites near the airport. We pulled up and at first sight was a little skeptical because of the exterior looking like a house. But when we went inside we were met by the owner, the inside was totally beautiful, a very pleasant surprise. After seating us, she had our server come, and because we were meeting family, we were not ready to order. So, she brought our drinks. She came back several times checking on us as well as explaining the difference in the fish on the menu. Our family finally showed up, and we placed our order. Everything came out together and hot. We were very impressed with not only the quality but also the quantity. I really had no slow down my pace if I had any intention of finishing my lunch. We finished and ended up leaving very full and satisfied. This is a must visit place. We will definitely return on our next visit to the Baltimore area. PS we did have to enter the parking lot from a back alley, not off the main street. Parking: Enter off a back alley Wheelchair accessibility: Use the side door, not the front door on the main street, and there is a ramp there for wheelchair access.
