I came with a friend who highly recommended the place. Being a first timer, I let her do all the ordering. She ordered an all-Teppanyaki dinner, a complete surf and turf offering which included fish, beef, pork, chicken, seafood combo, and stir fried bean sprouts, and a fruit platter of watermelon, orange slices and pineapple topped with vanilla ice cream. I told my friend that except for the shrimp tempura, the dinner was not very Japanese, and it’s easy to mistake the teppanyaki dishes for Korean. However the dinner was delicious except everything was smothered in the same teriyaki sauce. If you close your eyes, you would not know what kind of meat you’re eating. I guess I’ll have to come back to experience their more traditional Japanese fare such as sashimi, sushi, ramen, miso soup, sukiyaki, etc. The servers were very attentive, friendly and efficient though. Nice cozy place too. Small welcoming Japanese landscaping outside the main entrance.
Great choices of Japanese food. Love the live cooking area. Great way to connect with friends, colleagues or loved ones. Definitely be back.
Beautiful restaurant. Its unfortunate that the food was really subpar. We didn't get the teppanyaki and hopefully that was worth the price compared to the ramen, gyoza and rice bowls we ordered.
Terrible. They didn’t let us sit at a table to see the show, even with lots of empty seats. Then the food was bad. They cut up my ribeye and over cooked it. They never even asked how I want it cooked. Probably wasn’t even a ribeye.
