The staff is very friendly, efficient and polite- I've never had an order mixed up, fries are always fresh and hot, they never forget the BBQ sauce and don't overfill the drink with too much ice.
The GM always goes above and beyond, super nice guy with great customer service skills!
The drive thru person from Tennessee had great customer service? and made sure our drinks were
Waited in line for 30min then an additional 10min at the window and was told they'll get to me when they get to me and proceeded to be rude
My daughter cousin works there in Celina one and he hooks me up .
