Very good food, very nice friendly employees. Clean restaurant, quick service and good portions sizes.

Had an opportunity to explore Bawarchi during our trip last week. First time we tried it on a weekend and felt it was the best Biriyani I’ve tried after coming to US. But we went again for weekday Lunch and we ordered the same exact thing and it tasted so bad. I don’t know if it was change in chef or if it’s old. The Vijayawada Biriyani was for sure mixed in schezwan sauce. I wish they could maintain consistency in Taste and Service.

Really tasty butter chicken! I'm a foodie and was quite impressed with this place. You wouldn't think great food would be here just based on where it's located but Im shocked how good it is.

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent order we placed at your restaurant. We specifically requested a mild biryani, and this request was acknowledged when the order was placed. However, upon picking up the order, we found the biryani to be excessively spicy, making it difficult to enjoy. To add to the disappointment, when we called to address this issue, the staff responded in a rude and unprofessional manner. This kind of service is not what we expected from a restaurant of your reputation. We hope you take this feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to ensure better service and customer satisfaction in the future.
