Chipotle Mexican Grill - Center World

We visited on 5/29 for lunch. Kudos to the staff member who had to deal with two people who may have never eaten in a restaurant before. I'll be reserved in my description of the two, but the person making the burritos should have been given a longer break for having to deal with them. Getting to the food. As always, Chipotle hits it out of the park with the quality and freshness of their ingredients. I had the Carne Asada bowl with everything, and my wife went her usual grilled chicken route. Excellent lunch and a reasonable price.

I made a pickup order. I ordered a drink with it. The cup was supposed to be in the bag to fill and it was not. A friend picked it up for me and did not realize something was missing.. I have been trying to get a refund on the site or the phone, and both automated systems just send you on a futile loop and you can't connect to a human being at the store. I will have to make trip to the store if I want this resolved.

Somehow gets worse and more expensive every time. My chips yesterday were beyond stale, meat was pure fat, undrained beans per usual. I give up on this location.

This location seems to be very stingy when it comes to the meat. Literally watched a lady take meet off with her hands on a friends wrap. The food is made fresh though.

This place is a mess. I had a catering order today. Supposed to be ready for pick up at 11am. Didn’t have the food ready until 11:40. When I arrived at my catering event, they left out almost 1/2 the order. Do not use this Chipotle for your catering events unless you want problems.
