What we tried below are the default version which may contain dairy or alliums. All the dishes are egg free. There is also no mock meat used. Featured: Indo Chinese: Gobi Manchurian Dry Fried cauliflower florets tossed in soya based Manchurian sauce. Gujarati: Khaman Dhokla Soft Spong besan dhokla garnished with coriander leaves grated coconut. Mexican Italian: Italian Cheese Enchilada Mushroom, macaroni, capsicum, white sauce italian dressing. Half and Half Enchilada Paneer tikka, onion, capsicum mozzarella cheese. North Indian: Corn Shekh Kebab (North Indian) Kebabs made with sweet corn and simple spices. Palak Paneer Cottage Cheese cooked in delicately prepared Spinach gravy garnished with cream. Chana Masala Cooked with Chickpeas. Tadka Daal Cooked with Lentils. Indian Bread Plain Naan Butter Naan Garlic Naan Cheese Naan Kashmiri Naan Vegetables Biryani A delicious aromatic vegetable biryani served with raita. Desserts: Jalabi (Gujarati) Gulab Jamun (Indian) Drinks: Sweet Lassi Mango Lassi Masala tea with Cinnamon Stick My personal favourite would be their Naans. Chewy and crispy. Fragrant too. Generally all the dishes are flavourful enough yet not overly spiced. I love the Khaman Dhokla too, very interesting dish with a sweet savoury profile. The briyani is also surprisingly delicious! Shivam restaurant is a good choice for people who wants variety, but do not like mock meat as there is no mock fish or mutton options for your curry etc. All real food. Shop is a chic caffe, a bit hidden. very large selection of objects. waiters are very attentive. However, check whether the cheese they use is vegetarian. I'm not sure.
