Mcdonald's - Centralia

Every time when I stop by and I asked for ketchup, they don’t put nothing in the back they need to do something about it

I have gone to this location for 4 years now do to convenience but will no longer eat there. I have been shorted items 1 out of 10 visits. I 'd estimate i have paid for thousands of of food been shorted hundred of worth of items. Yesterday was the final time. My receipt was time stamped 10:27 AM did not receive my food until 10:49 AM. I asked for my money back twice each time they just walked away. When they finally brought my food it was all cold as well as my coffee being cold plus was missing half my items they just said sorry breakfast is over now . This corporation can be happy knowing they 've ripped me off for a few hundred dollars but I 'm just done over it. I 'll drive the extra 15 minutes each way to use burger King instead.

This mcdonalds couldnt care any less about the quality of food they sell, have regularly gotten cold soggy fries with meals for a few years now. I also completely stopped ordering anything special, or even plain for that matter because of the lack of ability to put food together any burgers in any order other than the very base item. Would not recomend taking your kid out for a meal here, they will be disapointed.

The staff makes this place! Welcoming and friendly! So refreshing!I think McDonalds has had some shrinkage…buns seem smaller, fish patties smaller.., who shrunk the fries?! ? Prices didn’t shrink, they grew.McDonald’s is McDonald’s…food is consistent.Place was clean. Tons of parking. In and out dining!

The employees here were so friendly. The food was awesome.
