Manuela welcomes you always with kindness and sympathy. the level of the kitchen is always high both that it is the fast working lunch, and that is the evening dinner. first and sweets are always excellent. I didn't even disfigure entrances and seconds. on weekends, in the evening, you can listen to excellent music, jazz in particular but not only, played live by high-level complexes. excellent value for money.
We happened by chance and we ate very well and with little money. very kind executives. we returned the following days
By that I mean that it does not pretend to haute cuisine with all the Masterchef nonsense. Instead it serves local, you might say rustic, dishes cooked to perfection using the highest quality ingredients. It was our last lunch in the Valle d'Aosta before returning to the UK and, while we have eaten very well over the last fortnight in restaurants ranging from the slopes of the Matterhorn to the centre of Ivrea, this was a worthy climax. It is a restaurant for strangers and locals; while we were there a family group including four children were also there and the children were free to play in a play area. The service was as friendly as you could wish. The value for money was excellent.
Everytime i visit Val d'Ayas, dining at Bistrot Ramet Is a must and always been worthy. Place is small, rustic and cozy. Manuela' smile is a certain welcome (better have a reservation for weekend and ofc high season) Food variety includes the typical dishes to their own variations both served in good shape with genuine ingredients in fact they won't be shy to tell you something isn't available as insurance of freshness. I tried most of the dishes across the years , maybe I was always lucky maybe they're just very good at cooking. Desserts are delicious too so keep room for them! Portions are modest enough to make you ok without forcing you a week of diet! This isn't a place to quickly eat, take your time and enjoy!
Passed by several times but never stopped. Then a friend of mine recommended and we had a fabulous dinner yesterday. Outstanding family val d'Aosta meal in the menu. Staff (the owner) super friendly and very kind. Very interesting wine selection with super competitive price. Truly recommended if you are on the way to Champoluc.
