What they're lacking for me is just the finishing touch on the food the meat is always good, but everything else needs higher heat and/or a harder sear. What I come to hibachi places for is usually the fried rice that intense, almost burnt flavor of wok made or hard seared fried rice, and I never get more than a hint of that flavor. I'd also love a richer miso based sauce but you can't go wrong with the classic yum yum either.
Favorite restaurant in Illinois....the crispy Calamari is AMAZING , and the rolls are always excellent.
This was my first time coming here and I loved it. Loved how the food was being prepared in front of me. This was a nice experience. The customer service was superb.
The most polite staff and the food is over abundant. You should never walk away hungry.
The waiter seemed to be a little inexperienced ,, but a good person.
