Red Lobster - Champaign

When we were seated person explained that the were short staffed some staff didn't show up. We were expecting a long wait but waitress did an amazing job and we couldn't tell they were missing staff.

Fills special requests and has great food. The steamed maine lobster tail is the best. Every once in a while, we get the server who abandons us at the end of the meal. Does not come back to refill water, bring to go boxes or ask us if we want dessert. Most of the time however the service is great.

Great service from Allison, Casey, and the cook. I mentioned that the steak was a bit overcooked — they quickly brought out a perfect one and provided fresh sides.

Great service but the food just isn't very good. Also, the smell of the lobster tanks takes over the entirety of the restaurant. I walked in and it just smelled like low tide on a hot day.

We were greeted by multiple people, sat very quickly. Once our order was placed it came very quickly, even though there were a lot of other customers. Our server Raeanne. She was very nice! We really enjoyed our last dine in experience pre-employment there. With as smoothly as everything went and as friendly as all the staff were, I can’t wait to join the team!
