Contribuer aux commentairesService was excellent, and the food was super fresh. It's obvious at this location that the employees LOVE their jobs. So refreshing to see in today?s job climate. There were three of us, and each of us rang the bell as we left... THAT'S how greatthe service was. The cashier was especially friendly and welcoming. Now about the food. Their crinkle cut fries are the best...freshly made to order, crispy and golden on the outside and pillowy soft on the inside. Two of us tried the new Philly CheeseSteak sandwiches, which were packed full of beef and peppers, and the hoagie roll roll it was on was delicious. My onlycomplaint is the recipe. I personally didn't care for the flavor of their Provolone cheese, and their peppers are yellow andred. It would have tasted much better to MY taste buds if they used Mozzarella cheese or Monterey Jack cheese, and GREEN bellpeppers... in MY humble opinion. So I understand most people may prefer their combination of ingredients. I will try it again,if they can make it with my preferential ingredients, but that might not be doable. My sister got the Classic Roast Beefsandwich and said it was delicious. My only other complaint is they took RC Cola off the menu... which is why I only gave 4stars. I hadn't been to an Arby's in years, so I realize I'm late to the party, but damn! I loved their RC cola back in the day.I also realize I'm dating myself. LOL ???? ????
The manager is absolutely wonderful she has an amazing aura and has the sweetest spirit she better get paid very well you should have her train new hires on customer service you wouldn't have very many complaints. Make sure you give her the full amount shetells you, a new and only position and a title.
So I finally had enough. this place can not seem to get a job right. I love eating arbys and eating here at least 2 per week, but they seem to get my order right 9 outta 10 times and I just don't understand why? I would understand if it was every time when they were really busy and they rushed to get food to the customers, but there are never more than 2 or 3 vehicles in the drive through when in there. the people who work there seem to be friendly enough, but they just don't pay attention. I will either be charged for eating that I have not received, or they will just give me the wrong command and who will drive all the back there to correct it as soon as they are home? I'm sure there are many other customers who have messed up, because that happens often!
Super nice staff. fast service and great tasting! absolutely recommend mac and cheese! sad that they no longer have their kartoffel cake, but have some wonderful new options.
I worked on an arby, so I know the norms and was quite disappointed by the roast beef. it was cut too thick and my sandwich was very sloppily joined together tonight. I'm totally disappointed that they don't wear kartoffel cake anymore. that was my favourite item in the menu. (two times with cheese sauce) it could be enough for me to give up arby 's. BAD decision.
