Love this place! It's the perfect summer treat to enjoy with others. While the space is small and seating is limited, I find that doesn't diminish the experience and quality of the treats! My favorite is the Gelati! They put custard on the bottom (then some flavored ice, then top it off with more custard! I love the vanilla (I've had the chocolate but the vanilla is top tier! with really any ice flavor. They switch up the flavors weekly so make sure you go in and try the new flavors they put out. The workers are mostly pretty young so give them some grace when the rush comes in, they're doing the best they can!Overall: a great local spot to enjoy a sweet treat.
I tried a small mixed gelati with mixed vanilla and chocolate custard. The flavors that I chose were the mango strawberry and strawberry colada. I thoroughly enjoyed my refreshing dessert and highly recommend trying the many different items on the menu!
Lots of variety! Located in a relatively new shopping center next to the Dulles Convention Center. There’s not a whole lot of space to eat outside or inside, so you have to get your treats and go. Good for rewarding yourself after a hard day of shopping.
The young ladies who worked here tonight were so kind and helpful. I have not been to a Rita’s in ages and I kind of forgot what I like and how to order. I got overwhelmed with my kids changing their minds 10x but these ladies were kind, understanding and patient! I got the birthday cake icee with chocolate gelati (I think that’s what it’s called) and it was so good! My kids also enjoyed their orders would definitely come back. I kind of wish they had smaller sizes though so bring someone to share with.
