Arby's - Charlotte

11:30 p.m. stopped by and got great service for fresh hot sandwiches and a milkshake.

I have tried to give this location several chances, but always seems to disappoint. From undercooked fries to roast beef that has dried out. My most recent visit was no different, this time the bun being moldy. Seriously, I am done with this Arby's location and anyone who read this review, you've been warned. There is good reason the drive-thru is always empty compared to the always busy Wendy's next door... go to Wendy's instead.

The cashier had a lot of trouble taking the order. Food was very good and fast.

I went through the drive-through and ordered a roast beef Gyro. The guy waiting on me at the window was very nice, but hi was not happy when I got home and discovered that my Gyro edges were hard as a rock.I called them and no answered so I'm going tomorrow with my crusted sandwich.I returned with my gyro and the friendly manager (Sandy? she gave me a delicious freshly made Gyro! She apologized and also gave me fries! I'm coming back for sure !!

Let me start by saying Zion was taking my order and handed me my order…. He has no customer service at all…. When he was taking my order I felt like I was bugging him on his time. When handed me my order he looked like he was tired and didn’t want to be bothered. He wiped my drink down bc it was dirty out side the cup and proceeded to throw the paper he cleaned my cup with out the window on to the ground…..I asked for Arby’s sauce and he just shook his head yes…. So I asked again for Arby’s sauce than he gave it to me. If you don’t want to work that find another job, if you don’t like customer service than find another job. This is pathetic!!!! Will not be coming here again. H
