Fiesta Maya - Charlotte

Been here a time before and it was really good. The other night, my boyfriend and I stopped in to place a to-go order and waited. It wasn?t much of a wait. We then took our food home and when we started eating, everything was so dry and over cooked.Almost like they cooked it previously in the day and just reheated it. We ordered fajitas that came with chicken, steak, shrimp,and chorizo. The shrimp was so over cooked we could barely get the tails off. My beans and rice were cold. Disappointing for howmuch each plate cost. Staff is super friendly but man, that was $40 wasted.

I want my money back.lunchtime, large chicken taco salad, if you like quality ingredients dont buy that. Salsa Taste like ragu sauce,the chicken is canned chicken,they threw the whole wet can inside the bowl.it had no beans and low quality cheese,andeverything. Never again. It's for drunk people and lunchtime workers that dont care about taste or quality. All for 13$.

My friend always raves about this place so I decided to meet her here for dinner this past Saturday evening ? I ordered the super vegetarian quesadilla with a side of rice. basic choice but still really good. As far as the service .. it wasn?t friendlynor did we never received refills or asked how our meals were after the food was bought out sporadically.

If i could rate 0 stars i definitely would! this restaurant is disgusting/unsanitized , very dirty in the kitchen but of course customers can?t see that, food is left out uncovered, flies everywhere, it smells straight up like the sewage? i have sourcefrom delivery team that delivers to that establishment that would say the same!!! im just warning you for your own health ;

Tucked away hidden gem! Fiesta Maya is my new go to spot for Mexican food. Their prices are reasonable and their food is always amazing and customer service...
